The beautiful Round Barn Farm is a favorite venue of mine here in Red Wing, Minnesota where I got to celebrate with Trevor & Jess!

Jess, a Minnesota native, and Trevor, who is from California, fell in love while in college. Fast forward to their wedding day, and Round Barn Farm set the stage for their love story, bringing together friends and family from all over the country.

As luck would have it, rain decided to join the day. However, the day unfolded seamlessly, with the rain holding off until after the ceremony! Everyone stayed dry under the barn’s cover, creating a cozy atmosphere. The rain eventually made an appearance, but by then, vows were exchanged, and it was time for the dancing!

The rain subsided just in time for sunset photos and a sparkler-lit send-off, adding a unique touch to Jess and Trevor’s special day.

Round Barn Farm isn’t your average venue; it’s a romantic retreat. The historic 1914 Dammon Round Barn, listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings, has such a unique charm that you can’t help but love. Surrounded by 35 acres of gorgeous fields, woodlands, and bluffs, it’s a stunning setting for a love-filled celebration. The barn is not only a testament to history but a rare gem – the only round barn remaining in Goodhue County and one of 48 in all of Minnesota.

The venue also hosts a 3-story bracketed country manor farm home, a blend of reclaimed timbers and antiques. The five suites, each equipped with feather beds, gas stoves or fireplaces, and 2-person massage tubs or Jacuzzis, which gives them a historical feel.

The venue isn’t just a wedding space; it’s also a charming Bed & Breakfast. Guests can enjoy a romantic getaway with a view of the Mississippi River valley. Central air conditioning, private baths, whirlpool tubs for two, and gas franklin stoves or fireplaces make every stay memorable. In the summer, the farm hosts weddings and events, complete with a historic round barn dance. And don’t forget the delightful 3-course breakfast included with your stay!
